We are currently staying at the hotel and are so impressed. The property is spacious and welcoming and feels like your own back yard. Service is excellent and extremely accommodating. We love it!!
Couple of truck drivers needed to rest for the night. Right off the highway and easy to park the truck. I prioritize my reviews primarily on one thing..customer service. After parking, I was greeted out back by the owners, Doug and Gabriella. Two of the most nicest people you'll ever meet. Went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Five stars easily! Also, very pet friendly here with a couple of canine greeters as well. Reasonably priced with great atmosphere. Thank you from Robert and Kevin.
Great place! Everything very clean, and an extremely comfortable bed. I liked that they use “regular” sheets and towels (the kind you’d have in your home, 100% cotton and obviously new). Doug was very nice and Pearl and Violet (dogs) were too. Violet’s afraid of thunder so she hid under a chair in our room while we were checking in, which made me feel special. . Also, we didn’t use the hot tub but we did see a professional come by to clean it.
The most amazing cutest hotel I have ever stayed at. We were passing through and needed and place to stay for the night. Super welcoming even though it was late and there was a hot tub!! Very clean and wonderful decor. If I am ever in the area again this is THE place. Thank you!!
This review is long overdue. I'm a traveling health care worker who stayed here for approximately two weeks. The couple was warm and welcoming, as were the rooms. The towels were so big and soft it was like wrapping yourself in a hug. They have lovely fireplace comfy sheets, pillows, and a nice kitchenette. I felt safe here, and I had a beautiful view. Ten out of ten recommend!
I enjoyed a fantastic stay in one of the suites with a kitchenette and fireplace. Beautifully decorated and wonderfully comfortable and clean. I wish I could have stayed longer. Excellent customer service by Doug, the owner, who knows everything there is to know about technology! Great value, great location.
I hit a deer with my truck at 2am just out of town and they woke up and gave me a room for the night. Absolutely saved me. So thankful for the hospitality. Great staff. Doug and Dakota for the win.
Wow! What a pleasant surprise this hotel turned out to be. I wasn't expecting much for a last minute reservation for a Saturday night, but I was amazed. We got a double queen room on the second floor of the carriage house. It had a sitting area with two leather chairs by the fireplace, a small table with 2 chairs and a kitchen-ish area with sink, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker and dishes. The room was very clean and very roomy. The hotel will text you a room key code before you get there. There is no check in. Overall, this was an excellent alternative to staying at some more expensive places in McCall.
